Google Analytics 4
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (property G-85N8JC1WL9), provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use it only to know, in aggregate, how many people visit the page, where they come from and which sections they look at. We do not use it for advertising or profiling: advertising signals are always off and Google Signals is not enabled.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). Without consent Google Analytics does not set cookies.
We use Google's “consent mode”: until you accept, your browser only sends Google technical signals without cookies or identifiers (for example the time of the visit and the browser type), which Google uses in aggregate. Google may process data in the United States as well: Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
To count visits we also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and collects no data to recognise you. It only gives aggregate numbers (visits, pages, load times), so no consent is needed.
Contact form
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions: it is a technical security check needed for the form to work. What you write in the form is handled as described in the privacy notice (in Italian).
How to change your choice or withdraw consent
You can change your choice at any time: click “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page, or the button below. If you withdraw consent we delete the _ga and _ga_85N8JC1WL9 cookies from your browser. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@aiperaziende.com, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it). Full details are in the AI per Aziende privacy notice (in Italian).
